Timeless Riddle

I may not live to see my verses translated to a thousand tongues, or larger than human statues with my name engraved in stone.

I may not live to see my greatness, as many often die too young, or hear the sound of tears of rhymes that went unsung.

I may not exert right action or right words or the right view but with me above all thinking I know more I ever knew.

I may not bring satisfaction

As this poem moves through you

Since I am just a distraction

To a riddle without clue.
